What do artists do all day?

In November nine East Berkshire artists and makers are inviting you into their studios to answer these, and any other questions you may have. They are calling this ‘A Winter’s Trail’ and it follows on the heels of the first successful Acorn Open Studio event in May of this year.

What really goes on in a studio? How do finished pieces of art emerge to see the light of day?

The group hopes to encourage accessibility to art and artists by sharing the secrets of the creative process and what goes on behind the scenes. As well as works of art, there may well be unique gifts to tempt you ahead of the festive season.
